Senior HR Business Partner


Our client, a multinational financial services provider based in South Dublin, is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to lead their established HR function in Ireland. Reporting to the CEO, and working as a strategic partner to the management team, the Senior HRBP is accountable for the delivery of the HR agenda and acts as a people champion to ensure people are always high on the business agenda.

  • Ideally hold a degree level qualification in HR or related subject
  • CIPD qualified (MCIPD or CIPD Cert) and/or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager
  • Excellent communication, influencing, relationship building, facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of providing strategic tactical / operational HR support and proactive solution building
